Pharmacy Weight Loss Steeton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Steeton and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the consultation and registration process.
Our weight loss treatments are not suitable for everyone. A clinical assessment will be carried out before any prescription is issued. We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription where it is not clinically appropriate to proceed. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions may be ineligible for specific treatments.
All prescription medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Steeton are issued only following a completed clinical consultation reviewed and approved by a qualified, registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued solely on the basis of a patient's request.

Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier services.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather, public holidays, or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. You are responsible for ensuring a suitable delivery address is provided at checkout.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and applicable consumer legislation regarding medicinal products.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
